price in Singapore dollars.

Payment can
made through Fund transfer through ATM machine or Internet
Banking.

Placing an order:

- Email us the product details
using our order template provided
here. |

- You will receive an 'Order Acknowledgement'
email from our customer service personnel
within 24 hours
of your order with the E-invoice and our bank account number
attached. |

Once payment is made either through ATM or internet
banking, reply us with the 'Order
Acknowledgement' e-mail we sent you earlier and inform us that you have
made payment.
Please provide us your bank name and transaction number if available. |

'Confirmation email' will be sent to you once payment is
received and your order will be
processed. |

Customers
are given up to 2 days to make any changes to their
orders before payment is due.
If we do not receive your payment within 2 working days
from the date of the 'Order Acknowledgement' email, the
order will be cancelled.

Once payment
is made and the 'Confirmation Email' is sent, we will not
accept any changes, cancellation or refund of orders
unless otherwise stated.

For
customised orders, production will only start upon receipt
of customer's payment.

Our standard mailing costs are as follow:
*Cards and Tags- $0.50
*Notebooks, Journals and Diaries- $1.50
*Other products- Vary according to weight of item(s), please
refer to description column for the individual items.
An addition of $2.20 is required if you wish your product
to be send as registered mail.

Delivery for food items are provided at a charge of $5.00.
For Singapore buyers, the following are our delivery
time-frame:
*Cards- 3 to 5 days
*Notebooks, Journals, Diaries, Calendars- 5 to 7 days
